Caliber proved an excellent resource after my unfortunate fender bender. The entire staff was competent, efficient, communicative, and kind. My car was returned clean and in excellent condition. I recommend their services highly

Stopped by without appointment to Caliber Collision on Valmont in Boulder for a way to fix trunk numbers in bmw. Sean(spelling?) was super friendly and helpful not just with fix but explanation of how it was originally done wrong. Weโ€™ve been here before for a Jeep collision repair and once again happy with service!

It started off great until they couldn't get more money after promising it would not exceed a certain price. The vehicle was not clean at all upon pick up even though they said they detailed it not that big of a deal because it wasn't an expectation to begin with just laughable really. My vehicle was left with a loose plastic panel in my wheel well that my mechanic had to clip which again not a big deal besides the principle and quality of work they provide. Besides leaving the experience feeling they were sketchy and money grubbers my vehicle now has damage/noticeable bad repair work Where it did not before. I asked the employee if this was okay with him and he felt like this was worthy of over 4k work and if he stood behind this kind of repair.. He responded "yes" need i say more? Beware neighbors just don't.... Please enjoy the pics as well!

I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper to Caliber Collision in Boulder for a customer-pay repair after a front-end collision. I want to be fair โ€” the quality of the repair work itself was good, and the car looks great overall. That said, the process and communication were frustrating enough that I would hesitate to return. I was initially given a preliminary estimate of $4,716.74, but after teardown the total increased to $9,178.25. I understand that additional damage can be discovered once a car is dismantled, so Iโ€™m not disputing that costs can go up. The issue was how this was handled. The estimate I received did not match the base estimate later referenced in their system, and when I asked for reconciliation, I did not get a clear explanation. I was told the discrepancy was essentially irrelevant because the repair still cost around $9k. From a customer perspective, that matters โ€” I made my decision to move forward based on the estimate I was actually given. If the initial estimate had been materially higher, I would have explored other options before authorizing teardown. Communication was also inconsistent. I was told I would receive a callback and never did, and a detailed follow-

The front bumper in my 2002 Honda accord was detached & hanging loose- I hit a curb or a deer hit me.., who knows? So, I took it to two reputable auto-body shops. The verdict was unanimous- replace the front bumper; estimated cost ยฑ$1,000. I wasn't happy & took the car to Caliber Collision at 5751, Arapahoe Ave, close to my house I Boulder, CO. I told them, safety was my prime concern. The agent (Tracy) assigned looked at my car & said: โ€œLet me talk to my boss,โ€ & drove car inside. 20~30 minutes later, she came out & said, "Your car is fixed & is parked outside". I was surprised; she said: "We put some fasteners, that should do it." I asked her, "How much?". She said, "Nothing; glad we could help!โ€ What a wonderful experience! Thanks a lot, to Tracey, her boss & the mechanic who fixed my car! Above all, Thanks a million to Caliber at Arapahoe for an environment of understanding, consideration & generosity. If I ever need some auto-body work in future (hopefully not), why would I go elsewhere... โ€œHooray!โ€ for Caliber Collision at Arapahoe, Boulder!
